After years of shipping products for others, I now build to satisfy three versions of myself: the teenager who fell in love with technology, the husband and father I am today, and the 80-year-old looking back at a purposeful life.

I build with a few simple rules:

• Purpose over volume: Making sustainable digital and physical products.
• Simplicity over complexity: Relying on standard capabilities rather than heavy frameworks and abstractions.
• High-frequency feedback: Moving fast to make contact with reality as often as possible (without rushing).
